What is a ghost kitchen?
Ghost kitchens, simply put, are restaurants that exclusively provide takeout services from compact spaces. There are 3 distinct models: 1. Rental Model: Companies build fully-equipped kitchen spaces and rent spaces to existing restaurants. These restaurants operate with their own staff in the rented space. 2. Management Model: Companies take over all kitchen operations of a restaurant, handling everything from the supply chain to delivery. Takeout orders are fulfilled under the restaurant's name by the ghost kitchen team. 3. Brand-Focused Model: Companies establish their own virtual brands, crafting menus with ingredients shared across multiple brands and minimize food waste. As Paket Mutfak, we work with the third model.
We have a total of 11 branches across Istanbul. You can find us in Ataşehir, İçerenköy, Kadıköy, Şerifali and Yamanevler on the Anatolian Side. On the European Side, we serve Bomonti, Etiler, Fulya, Levent, Maslak and Seyrantepe neighbourhoods.
How do I order?
You can order from all our brands via Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Yemek, Getir Yemek, Migros Yemek and Fuudy apps every day between 11.00 am and 9.45 pm.
How do I know your food is safe?
Our team of experienced chefs and food engineers work daily to produce all our ingredients. We have a diligent supplier selection process where we choose to source our products directly from producers or fields. We also undergo regular inspections at our centralized production kitchen.
Do you offer franchising opportunities?
Not yet, but we're working on it! Stay tuned.
Do you lease kitchen spaces?
We don't.
